Chef Matthew Gill

Chef Gill began his culinary career as a butcher and manager in Shreveport, La at Maxwell's Market. His journey then took him across country to Portland, Or where he worked on worldly cuisines at one of the nation's leading Russian Restaurants, Kachka. Chef Gill's culinary profession truly flourished during his time at Coquine, a leader in French cuisine. It was here that Matthew discovered a true passion for how food can be transformed and enjoyed. With his background in James Beard kitchens, Matthew is bringing modern refinement back to the classic southern dishes he grew up eating.

General Manager Cristin Gill

Cristin has a degree in History and a Masters in Education. It was not until moving to the Pacific Northwest that her love for hospitality and food was brought to light. There she began her journey at a leading international tea company. Beginning as a tasting room specialist and quickly being promoted to manager over all locations. After returning to the south Cristin was promoted to regional market development manager over 6 states. She is driven and tenacious with a passion for excellence in all that she does. She is now a Merchandising Content Manager for Stuller, Inc and the proud GM of Muscadine with chef and husband, Matthew Gill.
